These Terms of Service govern access to vabavape.com and purchases from the Vaba Vaba online store operated by Vaba Technology, a business registered in the United Kingdom. By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms, together with the policies linked below.

1. Adult eligibility and lawful use

Vaping and nicotine products are sold only to people who have reached the legal purchasing age at the delivery destination. A customer must not purchase for an underage person or use the website in breach of applicable law. We may request reasonable age or eligibility evidence and may refuse or cancel an order if eligibility cannot be established.

2. Restricted destinations

We do not offer or deliver a product where its sale, import, possession or delivery is prohibited. A checkout option does not override applicable restrictions. We may reject or cancel an order if a product cannot lawfully be supplied to the destination.

3. Accounts and customer information

Customers must provide accurate, current and complete account, billing and delivery information. Account credentials must be kept secure. Activity carried out through an account may be treated as authorised by the account holder unless we are notified promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

4. Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Product appearance, packaging, flavour availability and specifications may vary by market or production batch. Screen colours may also vary. Puff counts and similar performance figures are estimates under particular conditions and can vary with individual use. Nothing on the website is medical advice or a claim that vaping is risk-free.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices, available currencies, shipping charges, VAT, duties and other amounts are shown during checkout as applicable to the order. The customer must review the final checkout summary before paying. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting or fulfilling an order, and will notify the customer if further action is required.

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm or fulfil the order, subject to product availability, payment, eligibility, fraud and destination checks. If an order cannot be accepted, any captured payment will be handled through the applicable payment process.

7. Shipping

8. Returns, faults and refunds

A user must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or exploit the service unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, submit false information, or use the website for fraud or another unlawful purpose.

Website text, graphics, branding, photographs, code and other content are owned by or licensed to Vaba Technology unless stated otherwise. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows.

11. Third-party services and links

The store depends on third-party services such as e-commerce hosting, payment processing and delivery. Third-party sites and services may have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or activity outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove responsibility that applicable law places on us for an order.

13. Service availability

We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business loss arising from a consumer purchase.

We may restrict access to the website or cancel an affected order where a user materially breaches these Terms, acts unlawfully, threatens security, or fails required eligibility or payment checks. Any refund due will be handled consistently with applicable law and our policies.

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to an accepted order.

17. Mandatory rights
